Junair offers a range of products suited for Rapid repairs and Cosmetic vehicle repairs. With Junair’s SMART range, including SmartCabin, SmartAir, SmartAir IR, SmartStation and the slim-line Infra-Red Curing Unit, space saving and money saving are guaranteed.
For primer applications and small cosmetic vehicle repairs, Junair’s SmartCabin is the perfect space to carry out this type of work.
It is also the perfect space to carry out painting of wheels. Junair’s SmartCabins are half the size of a normal spray booth, are extremely economical to maintain and operate, and are extremely energy efficient.
Junair’s SmartAir is a mobile painting system that is ideal for priming small areas within the workshop, without the need of a conventional spray booth. Repairs can be primed quickly without needing to move the vehicle or do full masking.
SmartAir IR is a short wave infra-red curing unit developed by Junair to complement the Smartair at-source extraction system.
Equipped with SmartAir and this innovative IR unit, repair shops and Smart Repair businesses can benefit from the rapid painting and drying of most paint types.
Junair’s SmartStation is a paint mix/storage/gun cleaner unit. It’s available for static and mobile solutions.
Designed to be used within the SmartCabin, Junair’s Slim-line Infra-red 3 kilowatt single phase curing unit is used to cure primer and top coats and is designed to be used within the SmartCabin.
SmartAir
Spray booths are a valuable asset; regardless of the size of your operation, a frequent occurrence is backup of vehicles due to the bottleneck nature of the conventional spray booth. This is a result of all vehicles to be primed or receive a top coat are required to go through the spray booth and the resultant backup reduces productivity and profit.
Junair’s SmartAir is designed to maximize your spray booth’s efficiency and productivity by providing a mobile painting system that is ideal for SMART maintenances and priming small areas within the workspace, without using a conventional spray booth. The result of the innovative Smartair design is it enables repairs to be primed swiftly without the difficulty of repositioning the vehicle or full masking.
SmartAir is comprised of a unique hood and masking design, which enables the masking to be swiftly and easily folded over the hood, creating an enclosure. When the extraction system is initiated, air is funnelled into the open aperture of SmartAir, generating a flow of air into the SmartAir hood. This allows for all paint overspray and fumes to be effectively captured and dispersed, protecting the working environment.

Safe and fully compliant
As with the traditional spray booth, SmartAir has a two-stage filtration system and exceeds all requirements of the emissions regulations set by the Environmental Protection Act, with particulate emission levels under the required 10mg/m2. SmartAir is also compliant with all the relevant Health & Safety mandates, with an independent study revealing it provides a Workplace Exposure Limit (WEL) 74% under the maximum permitted by HSE.
SmartStation
Junair SmartStation is a paint mixing, storage and gun cleaning solution, offered for stationary or mobile usage and is available in a range of sizes and specifications.

Slimline Infrared Curing Unit
Designed to operate within the SmartCabin, Junair’s Slim-line infra-red curing unit is responsible for curing primer and top coats. Its sleek line design allows for simple manoeuvrability and positioning, with the robust 3 kilowatt single phase infra-red curing unit remotely operated by the electronic control system. The control system gives access to a number of features including automatic distance sensor, panel temperature control, ramp-up time and cure time.
SmartAir IR Infrared
SmartAir IR infrared is a short wave infra-red curing unit developed by Junair to complement the SmartAir at source extraction system, by attaching to the SmartAir hood stand to promote faster curing of painted parts. The SmartAir IR unit features a distinctive swivel housing which allows the IR to swing into the desired position, directly centred on the painted area minus the need for distance sensors. The pyrometer mechanism controls the temperature rise and ceiling thus reducing the risk associated with overheating.
Equipping the SmartAir with the IR extension unit gives any Body shop or Smart Repair Business the advantage of quickly painting and drying most paint varieties, with NO spray booth required.
Faster
The advantage associated with using the Infrared curing system is it’s much faster than convection heating. It focuses energy directly where it is required, with the short wave system capable of producing high temperature that dramatically decreases the curing/drying timeframe by as much as half that of medium wave.
Better Quality
The short-wave infra-red energy generates higher temperatures and disperses deeper into the target object, giving improved quality curing. The SmartAir IR Infrared unit is also fitted with a non-contact temperature controller, which prevents the paint from overheating
Energy Efficient
When Infrared is appropriate it is known for being considerably more energy efficient than convection, shrinking heating bills by up to 90%

Tyre Changer
The tyre changer and bead breaker provides a low cost solution for customers needing a product capable of making wheel repairs where tyres must be removed from the rim or detached from the wheel entirely.

Automatic Tyre Changer
The automatic tyre changer provides a heavy duty machine that is designed specifically for constant rigorous use. The completely automated tyre changer gives the user the ability to lock the demount head in position and to tilt the demount arm back through the use of a foot pedal, which allows for swift and continuous use. Another capability the automatic tyre changer provides is the assist arm which permits users to easily change wheels with low profile or run flat tyres without causing damage to the wheel and without undue effort from the operator.
WheelCabin
Junair’s WheelCabin is available as an un-heated or heated unit and is perfect for wheel repairs, off car panels and bumpers. With its compact size, it is easy to fit into just about any building layout.

WheelBlast
Junair Spraybooths have designed and manufactured an entire range of high quality, reliable and durable wheel blast machines, with the wheel blast range including suction fed, pressure fed and water-blast machines.
Junair’s WheelBlast is the first blasting unit to be specifically designed for the preparation of wheels prior to the painting process. A prep process that could take an hour by hand can now be completed in just minutes with WheelBlast.

Ventilated Parts Preparation Bench
The ventilated parts preparation bench is the ideal work space for the preparation of wheels and parts prior to the painting process. By capturing the dust particles at the source, the ventilation and filtration system reduces overspray contamination of the work environment.

Loading Steel Bench
Junair’s alloy wheel loading bench is constructed of robust steel. The bench incorporates easy glide rollers thus allowing the technician to move the alloy wheels from process area to process area with minimal effort.

WheelWasher
Junair’s WheelWasher is easy to install and operate. The WheelWasher is a computer controlled system that pressure blasts a mixture of water and plastic granules onto the rotating wheel, without having to remove the tyres from the wheel.
The system is completely self-contained and is able to be installed anywhere within your body shop. The WheelWasher does not require water supply, drainage systems and the use of detergent or hot water. With the Junair designed process simply involving the tyres and rims being efficiently cleaned with compressed air and electricity.
The WheelWasher is an energy saving, user friendly system.

WheelRack
Junair’s unique WheelRack™ provides an ideal work bench for the preparation of alloy wheels and has been designed specifically for all motor vehicle repair facilities. This unit will fit comfortably into Junair’s SmartCabin and caters for two wheels at the one time.
One of the benefits of the WheelRack™ is that it is a light weight mobile bench and is therefore able to be moved around the workshop easily and as required.
One of Junair’s WheelRack™ features is the height and angle at which it has been designed for working comfort. The wheels rotate easily on rollers, it is a robust and compact design and is adjustable to most wheel sizes.
WheelBake
Junair’s WheelBake curing oven has been designed specifically for curing top coats on painted wheels. The fan convection oven has the capability of curing two wheels at once, with or without the tyres fitted, using compliant coatings. Curing time is between 15 to 30 minutes. The temperature and time are set by the operator and once the curing process is complete, the WheelBake automatically turns off.
Other features of the WheelBake are that it is designed for use with compliant coatings, it has an easy load roller system, electric heating, safety stop button and is clean in operation.
The benefits of this product are:

- Curing process takes 15 to 30 minutes depending on material used
