Junair’s Industrial Spray Booth and Powder Coating solutions are designed for manufacturers who demand throughput, quality, and lean workflow integration.
Industrial Spray Finishing
Industrial spray booths deliver robust construction, ergonomic access, and adaptable airflow for high-volume fabrication environments. With energy-efficient air handling and advanced filtration, these booths optimise quality and reduce rejects.
Powder Coating Systems
Junair’s powder coating range supports:
- Manual, stand-alone, and automatic powder booths
- Reverse-jet cartridge filters and cyclone/after-filter powder recovery systems
- Application equipment suited to high throughput manufacturing environments.
Material Handling & Conveyors
When process flow and handling are critical (e.g., automotive parts lines, structural steel fabrication), integrated conveyor solutions dramatically improve efficiency.
Overhead conveyors (I-Beam, Monorail, Power & Free) enabled through partnership or integration can:
- Maximise floor space
- Reduce handling time and damage risk
- Seamlessly link powder booths, curing ovens, and inspection stations.
Frequenty Asked Industrial & Manufacturing Industry Questions
Which industrial spray booth systems does Junair supply?
Junair supplies engineered industrial spray booths and complete finishing systems for heavy manufacturing, mining, marine, rail, and advanced manufacturing applications.|
Systems may include large-format spray booths, curing ovens, conveyor systems, and complete finishing lines incorporating material handling and workflow optimisation.
Do you supply powder coating equipment?
Yes. Junair supplies engineered powder coating systems including spray booths, curing ovens, and associated material handling and airflow management systems. Powder coating installations can be delivered as standalone booths or integrated into complete finishing lines.
Can you design complete paint lines?
Yes.  Junair designs engineered finishing systems incorporating spray booths, curing ovens, pre-treatment systems, environmental control infrastructure, and integrated material handling.
Systems are configured to suit production volumes, coating specifications, workflow requirements, and available space.
Do you integrate conveyors?
Yes. Junair can integrate overhead conveyor systems, floor rail transfer systems, and batch or continuous production layouts into industrial finishing environments.
How energy-efficient are Junair industrial spray booths?
In many facilities, the paint shop can account for between 60–80% of total site energy consumption.
Junair industrial systems can deliver up to 70% energy savings depending on configuration through QADsâ„¢, Variable Airflow Technology, Fuel Saver Mode, EcoMode, direct-drive fans, and modulating burners.
What is QADsâ„¢?
QADs™ — Quality Air Drying System — is Junair’s engineered auxiliary airflow technology that accelerates flash-off and bake cycles while reducing overall energy consumption and improving throughput.
Can systems be expanded later?
Yes. Junair industrial systems are engineered with scalability in mind. Booths, ovens, and material handling systems can be configured to allow for future expansion as production volumes increase or processes change.
What construction materials are used?
Junair cabin wall panels are constructed using non-combustible rock wool insulated panels.
Junair does not use EPS or PIR foam-core cooler room panels.
What control systems are available?
Junair control systems include the base eSystem and advanced ** iSystem³** platforms.
iSystem³ provides automated energy management, programmable bake cycles, data logging, and remote diagnostics capability where specified.
