Do you supply powder coating equipment?
Junair spray booths are engineered to suit the application rather than selected from a fixed price list. Cost depends on booth size, configuration, airflow design, fuel type, production volume, and control systems. As a result, Junair booths are designed solutions, not commodity products.
Can you design complete paint lines?
Junair booths achieve up to 35% shorter bake times than comparable high-performance European and American booths. A typical high-solids, non-accelerated clear coat can achieve a full bake in under 25 minutes, with waterborne basecoat flash-off of around 5 minutes, largely independent of ambient temperature and humidity.
A full bake means bumpers can be refitted after a short cool-down (≈5 minutes) without fingerprinting.
Depending on configuration, Junair booths can be up to 70% more energy-efficient than comparable systems. Savings are achieved through technologies such as QADs™ auxiliary airflow, Variable Airflow Technology (VAT), Fuel Saver Mode, direct-drive fans, modulating burners, and Ultalux LED lighting.
Together these technologies reduce both gas consumption and electrical demand per job, significantly lowering operating costs.
Do you integrate conveyors?
Depending on configuration and usage, Junair booths can be up to 70% more energy-efficient than comparable booths. Savings come from automated airflow control, recirculation modes, variable speed drives, and auxiliary airflow systems.
Is energy efficiency important in manufacturing environments?
QADs™ is an auxiliary airflow system that accelerates flash-off and bake phases. It reduces booth cycle time and lowers energy consumption by reaching curing conditions faster and more efficiently.
Can systems be expanded later?
